Johnno and Gordon’s View; NRL Predictions 2010
Gordon – Bondi lads to excite but ultimately fail again in 2010. The Roosters are improving their image this year and they needed too. I think Mitch Pearce needs a big year; he needs to be more consistent if the Roos’ want to make the finals. I can’t see it happening, even though they might show some promise early on.
Cock-a-Doodle-Doh... Will the Roosters be able to bounce back this season?
Our last prediction for today is 11th, so who gets the honour lads?
Johnno – Cowboys. It’s simple. Thurston plays. NQ have a chance. Thurston gets injured. You might as well try a joint-venture with another club.
Gordon – Knights in eleventh for me. Terrible pre-season for them and now they’re SOS-ing for Danny Buderus. A shame really what has happened, but with the drug cloud darker than ever before over the club, rain looks imminent and if they don’t sit up and get on with it, they could find themselves in big trouble.
